Our House was one of the first houses to be built in the pretty village of Koseze, back in 1767. We have now brought it back to life and completely renovated it, making sure it offers all the comforts you would expect to find.
Each guest room has a private parking space at the side of the house. You enter the house via a feature lobby with original furniture and tiled floor which leads through to a large kitchen and separate lounge area.
The light and airy modern farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped. It has a large fridge, dishwater and a feature deep sink. Guests can eat inside on a large wooden table with a long bench or outside on the terrace. There is a glass door out to a large private wooden terrace and a long wide endless garden. It seams it stretches to the mountains. This terrace catches the morning sun for breakfast and is cool and shaded in the evening. Guests are invited to relax here after a walk in the forest or returning from other adventures exploring all the local places to see.
Next to the kitchen through a wide open archway is another guest space. A spacious guest lounge with comfy sofa, tables and chairs where you can relax inside.

A cosy and bright double room with original wooden ceiling beam. A glass door is leading out to a courtyard terrace with table and chairs. The Ensuite bathroom has a walk in glass door shower and sink with local antique stone. Flora is on the ground floor so perfect for guests who prefer not to climb any stairs. Please note, it is unfortunately not fully wheelchair accessible.

Air conditioned double room with wooden floor, wooden ceiling and original wooden beams. It has a unique Ensuite bathroom with walk in glass door shower. The antique double bed and wardrobes are made from cherry wood. That was the wedding gift of choice in the days of the previous owners.
A robust wooden ladder staircase leads up to a secret Kid’s den! This is a modern wooden attic space with original stone walls and low headroom. Perfect place for the kids. It sleeps up to three, 7 to 18 year olds.

A large, luxurious, light and airy bedroom with aircon and wooden ceiling and floor. It has a modern double bed and antique wooden wardrobe. The feature Ensuite bathroom has a walk in glass door shower. There is also a cosy armchair with a coffee table, perfect for relaxing.
